Hi Kimberly, We have a very nice 2BR, 2BA condo with LR with fireplace, dining room, kitchen w/new appliances and pergo flooring for rent for 1700/mo. It's in a very quiet, smaller community called Windsor Mill. There's a front door that is always locked and then you have a hallway door to your condo. As an agent with 15 years experience in the Princeton market, I would strongly suggest that you speak with a realtor. My office has been tracking sale in the area for the past 5 years and has a wealth of information to share with you. Some homes that are listed as Princeton only have Princeton mailing addresses and are reported as statistics in a neighboring town. Please feel free to give me a call if you'd like accurate info. taken from our local MLS system.
