One more thing I want to mention regarding the TRR development- When you look at properties through the sales/office or online (thru the MLS) you will be in a dual agency situation- which is a disadvantage to a buyer. Not to mention Buyer's agency is free!! I strongly disagree with Brad's comments about the quality of any of the building in TRR. Talking Rock is a VERY high quality development and only a select number of builders were even allowed to build in this area. The downturn in the Construction Trades, in conjunction with many Builder's notes and lines of credit being called has resulted in the inventory of spec homes in distress. This is a wonderful area of Williamson Valley which I have personally lived in for over 14 years and can say with confidence that any purchase in Williamson Valley is a great investment for the future and quality of life. I would be happy to discuss anything further directly
