Hello Jack, Building cost depends so much on the price of the lot, utilities available to the lot, what it takes to get it permitted and the amenities or upgrades to the home. You can spend as little as $130 per square foot to $200+. In todays market, it is a great time to buy lots to build as well as resale homes. If you can find just what you want in a resale, there are some smokin deals and will save you the torment that building can be.
