About Me
I have been an Realtor with Lucretia Cauthen Realty since 2004. In 2006, I earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am retired from the U.S. Army and served in many duty stations around the world. I understand the special needs of the military family surrounding an extended TDY or a PCS move.

Judy, my wife of over 30 years, and I are involved in many community and club activities in the area. I am currently a member and former Vice-President of the Millbrook-Coosada Kiwanis Club, member of the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce, and a Chamber Diplomat. I also serve on the Govermental Affairs Committee. I have served on the Millbrook City Council. Former club association include Millbrook JayCees, Millbrook Mens Club, Millbrook Youth Football League.

I do a lot of Master of Ceremonies work in the area. I am the stadium announcer for the Stanhope Elmore High School Mustang football team. Judy is on the MillbrookSpirit of Christmas Pagent committee and I an the MC for the Pagent, Christmas Tree Lighting and the Christmas Parade.

For almost 24 years, I have hosted Grand Old Gospel Time 6 AM to 10 AM Sunday mornings on WLWI 92.3 FM in Montgomery, Alabama. I MC many of the gospel concerts held in this area. I have been nominated several times for the Singing News Fan Favorite Southern Gospel DJ and was won the award in 2004.

Judy and I have two daughters, two sons-in-law and five wonderful grandchildren and we currently reside in Deatville.

Do the lenders in your area charge an Origination or Broker fee? If so, is it a percentage of purchase price?

In this area the lenders do charge a fee. Normally it will be no more than 1% of the purchase price. It will be included in the closing costs. - Tue May 6 2008, 09:48
