My background is in construction. For 35 years I worked as an electrical contractor. My scope of work involved design, bid, and installation of electrical, data and phone systems. Some of my customers were U.S Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and Transnation Title. Growing up in the Seattle area, I often heard people talk about the home they had purchased, and the many that got away. Everyone had the same stories. I know you’ve all heard them. I didn’t want to have to tell my son too many of the same stories myself. After retiring from contracting, I chose to become a professional realtor. It’s been a great adventure, turning an avocation into a full-time vocation. And, I still hear the stories, only the decimal point has changed.

Your in luck, just heading into the summer. Wait for a nice day, hop on the Bainbridge Island ferry, and come on over. You will find what are arguably the best public schools in the state. When we moved over here from West Seattle 5 years ago, our main interest was a quality public school for our then 10 year old. He is now a freshmen at Bainbridge High School, and we couldn't be happier. come on over for the day, walk around Winslow, go out to Agate pass, Maybe have lunch at the Casino. I've always loved the Northwest. but for a couple years in Florida, I 've chosen to live here my whole life...what's not to like? I''ve always had waterfront properties since the early 70's. Boating, Scuba diving and just exploring the beach. I took up skiing along with my son when he was around 9, I figured that since I was taking him up to his lessons, it would be a great time for me to take lessons as well. The beach, AND the mountains...who wouldn't love this place. Around this same time, I began getting involved in Youth coaching, and have served as a board member of Bainbridge Wrestling Boosters, and President of Bainbridge Island Babe Ruth.
