This is a rather confusing question... you are asking if this home is for sale and you are the listing agent, representing the seller. Shouldn't you know if the home is for sale?
FYI, it is. $254,900 is the current listing price, it's been on the market pretty much since last March when it was originally listed for $279,000. You already know all of this, so I'm curious, why are you asking if it's for sale?
