I bring over thirty years experience in real estate specializing in residential as well as commercial. I was co-owner of Heritage Properties, Bedford, N.H. for 4 years, owner of Dorothy Dunn Real Estate, No. Hampton, N.H. for 18 years and Broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker, Portsmouth, N.H. for 9 years. I have listed and sold several of the old Amoskeag Mill buildings in Manchester, N.H, listed and sold properties throughout the State of N.H. from the Massachusetts border to the Lakes Region. I was the exclusive broker for Fannie Mae in the late 80’s on the Seacoast of N.H. as well as the Veteran’s Administration. I also have experience dealing with international clients from London, Saudi Arabia and British Columbia. Fluent in French.
