Terry Frewen answered:
the higher priced tax bill may be Non- Homestead thus making the taxes 18 mills higher than a homestead property (owner occupied) - Thu May 22 2008, 13:53

No Showings, what's wrong?

Terry Frewen answered:
Looks like a newer home. How is it priced comparable to Brand New build's. You could be price higher than the Brand New homes and loosing buyers to them. People are buying your house not your beds. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:45
Is it being marketed on the internet? 80% of home buyers go to the internet to see real estate first. Are their multiple photos online, virtual tour, video tour? Is it a good photo? These are a must in todays market. Buyers will skip right over the listing if there isn't any photos and some will skip it if there isn't a video or virtual tour. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 07:46
Terry Frewen answered:
Have a certifed statek survey (not a mortgage report or sketch) Also, contact your local zoning department or building department and see if he has a permit for the fence and ask what the rules are. You will probably find that the fence he is installing must be on his property and he must be able to prove it is his property. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:05
