About Me
I have been inspecting homes for real estate tranasactions in Porltand since 1983. I am ASHI certified, licensed by Oregon Dept of Agriculture for FHA/VA pest and dry rot inspection and a Oregon Certified Home Inspector #019). I have earned the Super Service Award on Angiels List for the past 2 years - since they began in Portland. I schedule inspections daily (Mon - Sat) and provide an onsite computer generated report with pictures. Focals, Home Buyer in Portland

Paul answered:
Focals - since I am an inspector and not a RE agent this will be a little different response. From a building standpoint, Arbor does a reasonable job but a lot depends on the project supervisor. Some of the projects have had some issues with exterior siding installation (Hardi and Cultured Stone). Interiors are reasonably well done and they use well made fixtures (unlike some other builders). As the other agents have said - it is the HOA fees that call kill you over time. - Thu Apr 17 2008, 07:49

First, we need to know what was on the Addendum. As you know, a buyer can request anything they want on an Addendum and the seller just responds "No".
