We followed all her suggestions and our house was under contract, for a great price, in 6 days. Nancy patiently showed us multiple properties that met our needs and desires and we quickly found a new house that we love. Nancy was instrumental at helping us navigate the vast amounts of paperwork that go along with selling and buying a home. She made a potentially confusing process very easy for us. She has a long list of resources and always knew someone that could help us quickly with our needs, be it a home inspector, lender, or radon mitigation company.
