Hope you are enjoying your search of Tradition. This city within a city is one of our market areas that we specialize in. Townpark is delightful. You are right, this is convenient to I-95 and don't forget the bog box shopping center, the new elementary school that has opened, the new firehouse, and restaurants. The community is definately geared to family living. Golf is nearby at PGA as well. Price pointe in Tradition are from the 100's to 500's. There is something for everyone!! - Wed Oct 8 2008, 07:26

Bank owned properties can be an option. There are many sellers who are priced well on their properties as well. A qualified realtor can work with you to expose you to the right properties based on your specific needs. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 07:21
Debra B. Albert, PA answered:
A short sale is simply a situation where the bank has agreed to accept less than the payoff balance in the sale of a home. Your realtor works with your lenders loss mitigation department. You must have a hardship to have a short sale. If you are wanting to have a short sale on a property that is non-homesteaded you may have a 1099 given to you or you may have to pay the difference from other assets. Your realtor will know how to handle the MLS restrictions, and the bank negotiation. A qualified realtor will also ask you to speak to your tax advisor and or attorney for implications to your specific situation. - Thu Jul 24 2008, 07:17

Golf, Tennis, Walking Trails and swimming with our dog Hutch (Sunny our cat is not into these activities, however, she loves tuna)., Port St. Lucie has so much to offer, we love the concerts and restaurants at Tradition. In Fort Pierce, we regularly go to the "Green Market" on Saturday mornings and love the beaches as well.
