Hi Tony! Actually, buyers are extremely excited about the bargains that are out there! They are at least flocking to SWFL! I have seen more signings on the dotted line this week than the past 6 months. It is true - many sellers purchased during the boom, but as we all know..... what goes up must come down and vice versa! I wish I had some money to invest! Bill is right, look at the economic, financial and political problems right now! It surely does look like the embark of a new adventure! If you decide to do some investing yourself and I can be of any assistance please feel free to contact me. Hang in there and try to have a blessed holiday!
