Be aware, most transactions are taking 60 days. Be cautious in your timeline. Better to extend the date out witha "close on or before" clause than to bet on a faster completion. Your agent should be up on the latest info. And as Margo said, stick with a local bank. That way you know who you are speaking with raTHER THAN JUST A VOICE ON THE PHONE.
