Can someone describe for me the advantages/disadvantages of Nocatee vs Ponte Vedra Beach?

The simplest answer would be to look at Palm Beach vs. West Palm Beach. Nocatee will lack the exclusivity of being "on island" and in fact has a separate zip code of 32081; Ponte Vedra Beach is 32082. Plus, if you plan on selling anytime in the next several years, you'll be competing with the developers in Nocatee. The goal is to be between the Ocean and the Intracoastal. - Sun Oct 28 2007, 10:12
