About Me
I specialize in waterfront homes and condominiums, gated golf community living and many neighborhoods throughout greater Ponte Vedra and the Beaches community.

I have been a resident of Ponte Vedra Beach since 1995. I have worked with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and served on the Board of Directors of Ponte Vedra Beach Chamber of Commerce.

I spent 30 years in the commercial and mortgage banking industries, served as President of Barnett Annuities Corporation and Maryland National Financial Corp. My background in the mortgage banking industry is a true asset to my customers.

Jack Burke answered:
The value is very dependent on location and condition. For instance, the cost of property East of 3rd Street (oceanside) is considerably more expensive. The Avenues run east and west. 5th Ave N , for instance could be a nice location. If you have more specifics, please give me a call.

How come my listing doesn't show up when I enter the parameters for it?

Rate the Belleza condos for quality and price.

Jack Burke answered:
The Belleza in my opinion is among the best, if not the best in Ponte Vedra Beach. The location and amenities are great., it is new by comparison to others and appears to have been built as apartments with conversion to condos in mind. There are units available simply due to general market conditions although Ponte Vedra Beach is among the best in Florida. Let me know if you would like me to e-mail you "listing sheets" with detail and pictures of those on the market.

Question removed

Jack Burke answered:
Sarah,
Much depends on the total asking price and the relationship $10, 000 has to that number. Even in a "soft" market much still depends on condition and location.
