You will have a hard time finding one. I just sold a 2/2 oceanfront condo for what I thought was a very low price. The owner financed approximately 60% and he would barely break even if he rented it. Rents have softened lately. - Thu Dec 20 2007, 13:48

Its easy to get it on Trulia. The hard part is getting sold. When your ready I'm an agent in Pompano Beach and I hope you remember me. First go to Postlets.com they have easy to use templets to create a professional looking ad. By posting your ad on their site it gets synidicated on many other sites like Trulia and craigslist.
