Agent at Diane Turton, Realtors

Art Kretzschmar answered:
You can:
Sign an agreement with the buyer's agent agreeing to pay a commission (rate negotiable), have the purchaser pay the realtor commission, or offer the buyer's agent a flat fee for bringing you the buyer... be aware that FSBO homes generally sell for less than homes listed with an agency... FSBO buyers tend to deduct the commission amount from your asking price before they make their offer... go figure.
