To checkout prospective tenants:

-- Make sure their credit scores are not below 620 and you'll be pretty safe.
-- Do a criminal background check online for about $50.
-- Make sure you use a standard Florida lease form.
-- Do not be forgiving if someone lies on their application forms or, should I say, better safe than sorry.

1. Go to you local, community bank or credit union and ask about HUD loans.

Properties have been selling in Poinciana-proper at a rate of about one a day for the last six months. That opposed to Poinciana heyday in 2006 when it was not uncommon for over 200 homes to be sold in a single day.
