SEC RUlES AND REGULATIONS, your state laws and a few other odds and ends not withstanding, you must work within your area of licensure and expertise. Many good ideas and intensions are outside of ourr basic licensure abililities, but your broker should be your first call on the subject. He will probably direct you to the broker attorney, to discuss formulating the entity and the proper registration to put you in a position to sale these, if cost practical. - Thu Jun 25 2009, 11:47
