For one, no one cares about this area and winter time and a $100k purchase.
Two, the probability of a buyer able to afford 10-20% down here in this purchase range is rather limited and
Three, it'd likely never appraise given todays' environment.
Ever notice the "flipper" shows are 3-4+ years old??
