I agree with Andy. Buyers are not only market savvy, but because there are so many choices out there, can afford to be choosy. Compounding the problem is that there are fewer buyers, especially in the upper price range due to job stability & mortgage restrictions. Even the best, well priced homes are staying on the market longer than they did.
Definitely review the most recent activity with your agent to try to figure out why someone may have chosen another home over yours. Improve the price if needed, make sure it's in tip-top shape, and and most of all be patient. Hang in there! - Mon Jul 13 2009, 04:41
