Has anyone attended a Notice of Trustee sale on the Alameda Courthouse steps?

Yes, I have an I believe it is a full payment but you need to do your homework to see if there are liens on the property as you will be responsible for them too. Hope this helps. - Tue Jul 22 2008, 13:10
