I’m a husband and proud father of four adult children and 1 grandson. I understand family issues. I’ve enjoyed living in the Bay Area for my entire life and I’m here for several reasons. First is family and many still live here as well. I also enjoy the moderate climate, gorgeous scenery and an abundance of recreational activities like running, water ski, boating, and sports just to name a few. I know the Bay Area well and I love living here!
When I began my Real Estate career I joined Prudential California Realty and now work with Windermere Properties of the East Bay. Not only do I help buy and sell houses, I know them from the inside out! In addition to being a Realtor, I’ve also been a Licensed General Contractor in the State of California since 1984. I am the owner of a construction services company specializing in high-end residential remodeling and custom home building. As a result, when looking at homes with prospective buyers, I am able to view the homes from a contractor’s point of view and make assessments as to the condition of the homes we see. I can also make recommendations on home improvements and remodeling ideas. When working with prospective sellers, I can accurately assess what needs to be done to a home prior to marketing to ensure that the home sells quickly and for top dollar. I can also suggest ways to enhance the value of the home and very likely can save you money at the same time!

After living in our home for 19 years, you might say settling in was more than just mowing the lawn. We had “stuff”. We also got to know Real Estate agents in the area.
