Are houses selling in Fort Lauderdale? What price range, etc.?

Yes, homes are selling in Fort Lauderdale. According to statistics there are some distinct categories that are moving more quickly than others. Properties priced under 400K and properties priced over 750K are moving more quickly. The mid price range for this area is a bit sluggish. This is the price range that people usually upgrade in, when they are staying local to the area. with the amount of inventory available now it is definately the BEST time to buy. - Sat Jun 14 2008, 17:16

As the customer you have the right to be comfortable with your Realtor. If for any reason you're not happy or compatable feel free to politely part company. Beautifully maintained it has an outstanding "pride of ownership" feeling. there are lots of community activities an assortment of school choices all conveniently located. shopping and EZ access to major highways and airports. This east side location is close to the beach and offers an array of water activities-after all this area is known as "The Venice of America".
