In addition to the preceding information, I would recommend you get started by posting your home for sale on Zillow.com if you have not already. Zillow is helpful to get a better idea of market values, but remember their estimates are a very general snap shot. My home in Dallas was over-priced on Zillow by $60,000 at one time....if only I could have found a buyer for that!

I am finishing up on the sale of a home in Richardson in the Floyd Terrace sub-division over on Twilight Trail. If you grow tired of the time it is taking to sell your home to qualified buyers, I think you just might find an agent willing to work hard for you judging from these responses.
