"Dear Rob,
What an experience, I could not have had a better Realtor find me my home. You always had time for me no matter what. Your experience and knowledge was overwhelming, from finding me a mortgage co. to finance me, all the towns I was interested in, and the little tidbits on making the first offer.
You are a very determined individual when it comes to work. No doubt that I would be proud to recommend you to friends or family when it comes to buying or selling a home.
Good job and keep up the great work!
Thank You,
Fred Krotz
P.S. I wish you the best for you and your family."

Hello Keith,
I share Jon's thoughts about starved rock.
We don't really have any waterfalls in Plainfield.
We do have rivers with dams and there are subdivisions with waterfall type decorations.
I can think of one about 2 miles west of Rt. 59 and West on Caton Farm road where there are man made decorative waterfalls and there is one other location off the East side of I-55 going South on the frontage road for about a mile on the left. If you are asking because you want to take some pictures then those two spots might be of interest to you.
Hope that helps. - Fri May 23 2008, 21:59
Diana,
That is usually a negotiable item.
The bank will try to sqeeze money out of a lemon to avoid any extra cost.
Your attorney can be your best friend here if they are bold enough to take a stand.
From a banks point of view, the home owner should be responsible.
If it fact it was only $150 I would just pay it.
My hunch is that it is going to be a whole lot more than the $150 that Darlene projected, because if the bank reposed it and they now own it then the defaulted association fee will probably be at least 9-12 months behind.
If the fee were $1,000 (just a guestimate) then you could both split it down the middle to.
Hope that helps. - Fri May 23 2008, 21:53
