I am a Realtor in Pittsburgh, PA that can sell all types of real estate including land for new construction or developments. I like to work with new projects such as new construction, developments and "outside the box" ideas relating to real estate. I also like to deal with condominiums and properties located in vacation and resort areas. If it is too far for me to travel, I have a network of agents in these areas to refer to. My local coverage area is Southwestern, PA, more specifically Pittsburgh and South Hills. In Washington County I like to work in North Strabane and Peters Twp. Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Indian lake, Lake Stony Creek and many more interesting resort areas.

Not that I know of but you can always call the fire department or administrative building to get those answers. - Sun Jun 8 2008, 08:19
The only buzz I have been hearing is the steady onslaught of the negative media campaign. Interest rates have never been better, we all have government checks arriving soon, the market is flooded with bargains for buyers. So its a buyers market, and people still have to move, buy, and sell homes. It is the media making people so nervous they don't know a good deal when it smacks them in the face. - Tue Apr 8 2008, 18:29
The company is where you hang your license and will be as good as you make it. The big ones are still only as good as the individual office is. They offer the name brand recognition and usually have many agents per office. That is good and bad. You need to look into the policies and pay schedules, fees, and training offered in each of them. Ultimately, make your choice and make a name for yourself. Every office has good agents, bad agents, and everything in between. It comes down to you selling you and making your clients remember you, not the name on the sign at the office. - Tue Apr 8 2008, 18:19
It really is up to you. The commission is negotiable. It can depend on the amount of advertising the agent plans to do, and on how the agent plans to promote the listing. Sometimes on higher priced properties, the commissions can be negotated lower. The bottom line is what you are willing to pay and what the agent and broker are willing to accept. - Tue Apr 8 2008, 13:38
Go to my real estate site and if you like it, go to the very bottom of the home page. You will find a link to the website company. It is a great site for only about $10 per month after an initial $200 set up fee. - Fri Apr 4 2008, 14:27
