Any recommendations for active adult communities - 45 minute drive to Philadelphia? Price - $300,000-$500,000

I would suggest Regency at Providence near Oaks. It's a great community with single family homes, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, monthly newsletters and daily activities. Without traffic, you can get to the city within 30 minutes. The singles range from high 300s to high 400s depending on the lot and model. There are resales there as well as new construction. I sold a home to my mom there as well as a few other clients who LOVE living there. I even have a listing there if you're interested. Take a look on my website.
