My main objective is removing the stress and confusion leaving you with the fun and excitement of buying or selling your home.

If you are looking for someone to provide you with a smooth transaction, look no further, you have found your agent!

I'm not sure what you are asking here... the address attached to your name is not in the MLS. Are you looking for rental rates or purchase price and are you looking for the high school or a technical school nearby? Please provide more specifics and I would be happy to help answer any questions I can. - Mon Nov 10 2008, 22:14

Hi Patty,

I just talked to the agent that has the house listed. They are hoping that the property will be back on the market very soon. They are indeed waiting for a clear title as Carlos stated. I tried to give you a call but he number you listed in your question is not an active number. The agent told me that she would call me first thing when the property goes back to active status. If you would like me to let you know when that happens just drop me a note at TLee@TLeeRealty.com or give me a call at 602-525-3992.

Question about Greenway High School

Todd Lee answered:
Hi Kevin,

I don't know that you can actually get demographics of a school... it's kind of a sensitive subject. You can however check demographics of a neighborhood. Here is a link to the Public School Search web page so you can view the school report card and get other information: http://www.ade.state.az.us/edd/

If you would like neighborhood demographics you can google the neighborhood you want and demographics and come up with your own statistics.

Hope this is helpful! - Thu Oct 30 2008, 22:26

Unfortunately for some buyers this is what you are going to run into. Keep in mind though that you are still probably getting the house at a "bargain price." Lenders are taking a bath across the board and are going to do whatever they can to limit their losses... it's just business to them. I would suggest what some of the others have below and address with your agent whether it is still a good deal at the price they want. If so put in the bid, if not move on, there are tons of homes to choose from. I think I know what Brad is referring to when he says you can be the best offer every time. One of two bad things CAN happen with that scenario, either you can be under contract for a house at more than what you should pay for or the seller will just disqualify your offer due to the possibility of you just canceling if you don't like the price... Your best bet is to talk again to your agent and do your due diligence on the home(s) you are putting offers on. - Mon Oct 27 2008, 23:09

Use the MLS to search for rental properties. You can search by term for month to month or even weekly. Backpage.com or Craigslist.com is also a good place to search for rentals that are not listed by an agent. If all else fails there is always print ads like the AZ Republic Classifieds. - Fri Oct 24 2008, 10:46
