Is the Phoenix area considered a buyer's or seller's market?

Mortgage Man answered:
It is definately a buyers market. If you're in the market to buy now is definately the time. - Tue Jul 17 2007, 17:22
Mortgage Man answered:
It is a buyers market because their are more homes on the market. This means you have a greater ability to negotiate more closing costs and lower prices. I can help you get into a home with no money out of pocket. please contact me if you are interested in a free consultation. Thanks for your time. - Mon Jul 16 2007, 09:40

LA, CA to Gilbert, AZ

Mortgage Man answered:
Arizona is a great place to live. It is a buyers market, so the time is right. Gilbert is much different than LA, so consider what your motivations are, job, location, family, etc. You will like that we are close to many things, the grand canyon, las vegas, LA, mexico, New Mexico. Keep in mind it is hot, but not to worry just a few hours north to flagstaff or sedona and you'll find relief. The drive is probably no worse than sitting in that LA traffic all day. If you want further assistance please let me know. I am a mortgage broker and have many references that can assist you with your move. - Fri Jul 13 2007, 14:26

How do I search for homes only with private pools?

Mortgage Man answered:
I would suggest contacting a buyers agent. They represent you, and the great thing is they are most typically compensated by the seller on the transaction. I have many realtor i work with that i could recommend. I would not use a realtor that charges you to use their services, just my two cents. - Thu Jul 12 2007, 15:16
