I have a couple other places you can try. I'm not sure why you didn't like Sun City, if it was the age of the homes or it's location in the city. I thought I'd point out a few newer age-restricted developments. In the Northwest there is Fairway Springs which is built around a golf course. There is the Trilogy at Vistancia in a beautiful development not far from Lake Pleasant. A newer development in the southwest is Pebble Creek not far off the 10. And in the southeast there is Trilogy and Sun Lakes both similar to Sun City but much newer. I've sold a couple condos in that area and they are very nice. Most of the residents seem to be winter visitors and young couples. They do have nice amenities. I might suggest a similar area that is more family oriented would be the Desert Ridge development where you can get a 3 bedroom home in the low 300s. - Fri Nov 23 2007, 18:01
