I understand Mr. Morante's opinion on splitting commissions. My question is: What would you rather have, 3 percent of something because an outside source (like Live Free) was able to help you get the deal done, or 6 percent of nothing because there was a mistake, an important call missed, or time just ran out, and you didn't get any offers. I myself would rather have some pie than no pie at all!
