"“As a first time home buyer, I feel fortunate to have worked with Janice Dunnigan. She guided me through the process and made it easy for me. She helped me determine just exactly what it was I was looking for in my first home, including the location that best suited my needs. I appreciate her patience with me throughout my wavering and indecisiveness. Janice always made her time available for me."

Hello Chris,
There are neighborhoods in all areas of Phoenix that would fit your needs. You can get a substantial amount of property in the 350K range right now. If you are looking at a newer or new home many subdivisions in the North Valley are near Mountains and open areas such as Sonoran Mtn. Ranch, Carefree Crossings, Tramono, Anthem (Furthest North), Westwing, et. Southeast Phoenix offers subdivisions such as Ahwatukee which backs to South Mountain and offers many hiking and open desert areas. Older neighborhoods near mountains with large lot sizes would be Moon Valley which is night down the road from North Mountain Park and offers tons of hiking opportunities and is located more centrally in Phoenix. Moon Valley also has a golf course and Country Club located within the neighborhood and homes in all price ranges with Mountain Views. We also have many age restricted communities available if that is what you are looking for. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information. Welcome to Phoenix. - Wed Jun 4 2008, 10:12

Hello,
I would make an offer contingent upon the tenants moving out by the close of escrow. The current owner can try and negotiate that with the current tenants. If it is not possible, I would probably move on to another property. - Thu May 22 2008, 09:49
