About Me
Have you ever wished that you could call a friend or family member when you needed to talk to a full time Real Estate professional?

NOW YOU CAN!

John Hall & Associates' Maria Swan easily combines the professionalism you need with the warmth and friendliness of a good friend. A recent client remarked that "looking for a home with Maria is more like being out with a friend than with a Realtor! She's not 'just trying to sell you a house'."

Finding the perfect home for each client is Maria's primary focus. "Maybe it's my Italian heritage of the importance of home & family that gives me the passion and love of helping my clients,...both buyers and sellers. My business is based on the referrals of past, satisfied clients and my success is directly linked to helping my clients achieve their Real Estate goals."

Whether this is your first transaction, or you are a veteran home buyer, you will be pleasantly surprised at Maria's willingness to go beyond the expected....she's the kind of person who might babysit your kids in a pinch or introduce you to your future mate.

So, to buy your next home or to sell your present one, give Maria a call, she's only a call or an email away!

Maria is fluent in Italian, English and French.

do you have five gedrooms available in your for sale houses?

Maria Swan answered:
Yes, but without a price range, I don't know what to tell you. Make sure you check the schools, I don't want to get into details here, some areas are pretty iffy. M.Swan - Sun Oct 19 2008, 17:08
Maria Swan answered:
Kathy, is not that simple. A lot has to do with zip code or subdivision. Some are sliding lower than others. If the houses are short sales, sometimes the numbers in the listings have little meaning. In general short sales will close at about 30% below the bank appraisal, however, short sales need to be approved by the sellers and the lenders. Notice I said lenders as sometime there is more than one loan on the property. I know this isn't helping much but without more precise info that's all I can offer. I don't think so, thee are real estate company that will list your home for a nominal fee and let you do the work but they aren't very popular, at least not in Phoenix-AZ- Hope this helps. Maria Swan - Tue Aug 26 2008, 15:32
