About Me
Originally from New York City, I moved out to the Valley of the Sun right after 9/11. Quality of life was the first attraction - now I can't imagine living anywhere else! Sunshine almost every day of the year - when it rains everyone is happy - what a place to live! Home ownership is a dream for most people - Phoenix home prices allow this dream to come true! Real Estate is my full time career and there is nothing more I enjoy than helping people make their Real Estate dreams become reality!
Testimonials
"I worked with Angela when relocating from Florida to Phoenix. Angela recognized my urgency in finding a house in 3 days, and only took me to view properties that met my strict criteria (which she solicited prior to my trip to Phoenix). I returned to Florida and everything was completed long distance, from offer to closing. Angela was thorough every step of the way and I never once had to question if things were being handled. I highly recommend Angela Gandolfo as an agent, and will definitely use her when I am ready to sell in Phoenix!"

How to drive more people to our house?

Angela Gandolfo answered:
Price competition is the main factor - the bank owned homes are selling and most are selling relatively quickly - why? the price. Price it aggressively...they will come! - Thu May 8 2008, 11:01
Angela Gandolfo answered:
6% is pretty standard in Phoenix. I realize other states may be less but it is all relative - some states have a median sales price over $500K - Pheonix is less than half of that. - Thu May 8 2008, 10:58
Angela Gandolfo answered:
It is definitely more of a full time commitment. Many people don't realize the expenses involved in this industry - license fees, association dues, signs, business cards, renewal classes - it is worth it if it is your career but most part timers find it too expensive. - Thu May 8 2008, 10:47
Angela Gandolfo answered:
The best way to make any offer to do a Comparative Market Analysis. Are you working with a Realtor? A Realtor will be able to tell you how much similar homes have sold for duing the last few months and based on these figures you can make an offer that is fair to both you and the seller. - Thu May 8 2008, 10:34
