Can anybody recommend a trustworthy property manager in the Phoenix Metro area?

I strongly suggest Century 21 All Star, Realtors. Their reputation is one of the finest in the state. They have a full time inspector on staff and an incredible staff. When I am asked for a rental in any area I look up theirs first. They are always spotless and move in ready. My clients appreciate the constant care that comes with the rentals and never have a bad word to say about them. They are first in my book. - Wed Apr 2 2008, 10:01

what is the prognosis for the Phoenix market? Going up...or down? And how many months supply are there?

The Realtors Association has stated that we now have 9.6 months supply in housing. My experience has been that the numbers can change in a matter of months. The amount of foreclosures and short sales seem to come in waves and can increase the supply of homes significantly. It is a fantastic time to buy! Don't eliminate resale homes verses new builds. You can get incredible buys in resale and some have fantastic upgrades which are usually optional with new builds. - Wed Apr 2 2008, 10:46

Diane the best way to find a good realtor is to interview them. It is important that your realtor is familiar with the area you choose to live in. When talking with the agent ask questions that best represents your needs.
