There are some awesome prices on homes right now. Many of my buyers are finding there mortgage will be less than if they rented.

I went to the auction today and there were some awesome values! You can still find values like it in the market place.

How much less than the offer price can you offer on a foreclosed home?

I am hearing 10-15%, however it depends on the home and the length it has been on the market.

If it is an awesome house and its priced right you may want to offer close to recent comparables in the area. On nice homes were seeing multiple offers! If it is multiple days you might want to make a much lower offer. There are so many agents pricing homes low and creating multiple offers!

It is important your agent compare the last three months of sales in the area and the condition of the property in order to make a reasonable offer!
