Hello,

How do you feel about townhomes? Due to being able to only be in the the country for 6 months max, this would be the least maintance for you. You could also rent out the townhome when you are not in the states, making money for you while you are away!! I have several out of country clients who love to do this and there are certain areas where renting out your unit is more desirable. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more information. Dreaming is good, but making it a reality is great!!~!

Every REO is different, and contacting them is also. I would look into finding out who some of the listing agents are for the REO and see if they have better contact information. - Fri Oct 19 2007, 14:55
