About Me
I am a Realtor in Pennsylvania. I work with an awesome crew of people who work at times collectively on one of two goals: to sell your property or to help you buy a property. I decided to venture into real estate because of the winning appeal and diversity of the field . I was astounded to know that every transaction would be diffrent and that I ultimately could make such a diffrence in other people's lives. Connecting people to their prized asset and helping them to understand their position in this market has been a rewarding experience. I love what I do, and I do what I truly love. Its always nice to know that you could help someone with the most important purchase of their life........It's just nice!!!!

I would have to see the property to actually determine it that is a good offer to take. Has the Market Analysis been done on the place? In a unpredictable market like this it is hard to tell how much properties can go for at times. I would sugest you speak to your realtor and get some historical information about the trends in the current market. Just to give you a heads up, interest rates have been lowered and that is a good thing for real estate. Whether you hold out or take the offer its up to you. Just concider your motivation for selling and the information that you have on the current market and you'll be fine. - Sun Feb 10 2008, 10:15

How do I chose the best buyer's agent for me?

Renese answered:
The most important decision that you make will be who you choose to work with when buying a home. You need to make sure that the person has the time, knowledge and the desire to work with you in finding that home. Just because you sign on with an person who is well seasoned in Real Estate it doiesn't mean that they are the best thing for you. You should intervieiw at leat three agents before making a decision. The ideal agent should be a good listener. They should really be intune to what you need. They should also be forethcoming and honest in what they are willing to do and not willing to do. They should also exude confidence and dedication to you as a client understanding what an important decision and process this is for you. - Sun Feb 10 2008, 09:53

Croydon, located in Bucks County has had it's issues as mant other areas in Pa have. The fact that there are so many foreclosures there follows the trends all over bucks as well as other counties. As an agent that sells in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia, I can tell you that the problem is statewide right now. The upward balooning of the previously sound mortgage rates have forced many people into foreclosure. What happens is the government creates a financial policy in accordance with the economy. So we know that at some point in recent years the economy might have been so slow that the government (Federal Reserves) and Banks fell into an easy money policy where it was easy to get loans and the interest rates were irresistably low. (This is used when the economy isnt quite growing fast enough to speed it up again) So now that the economy has begun to speed up, there goes the tight money policy from the reserves, making if wery hard to get new loans and producing elevating mortgage interest rates that many people simple cannot afford, nor did they anticipate that. As a Realtor I can tell you that the average mortgage has increased by about 500. for some homeowners.

Hope this was helpful...

A house can be bought or sold without a lawyer, however you can get one if you feel that you need one.
