Joe, Unfortynately I do not specialize in rentals and I don't want to misinform you. I would call the rental dept at Plumer (my company) 215-922-4200. They can give you the best answer. - Sat Dec 15 2007, 04:24
Before that question can be answered....Does it have parking? What is the condo fee? And I am guessing it has only 1 bath. Several condos sold in the last six months in Fitler square for well below $300K. You would want to compare what you are contemplating buying with what others have paid for similar properties. Then you will know if it's reasonable. In terms of area, it is safe. In terms of rentability, it is an appealing area for anyone to rent, especially students and doctors the work and study in University City. - Thu Dec 13 2007, 16:33
For example: you bought a house at a tax lien sale. The original owner has up to a yr to repay the delinquent tax bill, and can recover the house (even if you have already invested money into fixing it up). You would get back what you paid for the property, but not what you spent to fix it up. For more info you can email me at mnajm@plumerre.com. - Fri Dec 14 2007, 04:50

752 S 23rd St is actually also known as 2300 St Albans. This is an exceptional home listed at $499K. 2346 St Albans is a masterpiece that was painstakingly restored and listed at $569K. Both homes have patios that be easily altered to accomodate parking for a small car. Both homes have a rich, distinct look and feel. And this is the best block of St Albans - the garden block - historically certified - and featured in the movie "The Sixth Sense". - Thu Dec 13 2007, 16:58
