About Me
Stacey and Joe McCarthy live in Philadelphia with their 3-year old son, Ever.

Prior to their years in Real Estate, Stacey spent several years as Secretary-Treasurer for the Hotel Union, and Joe was a "Big and Tall" model.

Their office is located in Langhorne, PA. They have sold homes in Philadelphia, Bucks County and Montgomery County, so their experience can move you anywhere from the city to the suburbs! Or anywhere else you want to go.
Testimonials
"Buying a house is a huge investment. Stacey understood how I felt and took her time with me even though I must of looked at 20 houses. She helped me with everything from where to look to how to get the mortgage. Stacey made buying a house a pleasure instead of a anxiety-ridden chore. I'm a single mom. I don't need anymore chores."

Deborah, I am sure it probably doesn't have anything to do with that. You are getting showings, so the agents are trying. It is usually the price. - Yesterday, 11:54

Hi Marie, Then I'll do a Market Anaylsis for you and let you know how much you can sell your home "as-is." Let me know. sellwithstacey@comcast.net or 215-531-1305 - Yesterday, 11:41
Hi Marie,

The fact is, only a Realtor can arm you with the information you need to price your house to sell and fetch the highest price possible in your market. Are you in Mayfair or Castor Gardens? It will make a difference when you price it what neighborhood you are in, and even what block you are on. Some neighborhoods can get more than others, largely due to location.

Also, it doesn't matter what condition your house is in as long as you price it right. You can even sell "as-is" if you don't want to put any more money out of your pocket.

The only way to find that out what you may be able to get is to see a Comparative Marget Analysis, which
I would be happy to do for you for free. You can call me or email me and I would be happy to speak with you.

where do you find home inspectors?

Joe and Stacey McCarthy answered:
You can go to the American Society of Home Inspectors website and punch in your zip code to find a qualified home inspector. See the link below.

Joe and Stacey McCarthy answered:
Are you still looking for a duplex, or a single? Either way, it really depends what you are looking for in terms of location. I like to stick close to I-95 and I would take you over to either the Port Richmond area or the Mayfair/Holmesburg sections to look for homes. Both areas have a supply in the 150 and below range and are good areas for commuters. You can do quick searches on my website. - Sun Jul 20 2008, 16:54

All contracts expire at midnight of the date of expiration. - Sun Jul 20 2008, 12:55
