"“Thanks for all your efforts to keep things on track and pushing things ahead! We couldn't be doing this without you...as we learned with realtor # 1 and #2...”"

"“Kandice and I just wanted to thank you for being so helpful and easy to work with. We really expected the process to be painful, difficult and confusing, and you really made it easy. Right before closing we were talking about how strange it was that everything went by so quickly, and we were about to buy our first home, and it was all felt so quick and easy because of you taking care of everything and keeping us involved. So anyway, we just wanted to tell you we really appreciate your help and that we're looking forward to referring any of our friends along to you.”"

The first step would be to get a pre-approval from a mortgage company. In this ecomonic climate this step is more important than ever. Next would be to select a buyers agent to represent your interests. If you would like some help feel free to contact me through my website.
Good Luck,

Hello Dr. Hunt,
I did a quick search of the properties you asked about. The place at 321 S. 46th is listed for over $700,000. That's quite a bit more than the $350,000 you wanted to spend.
I've sold a number of homes in the Univ. City and know the area well. If you would like I could send you a couple referrals. You can also check out my website if you'd like more information on me and my team.
Good Luck.

That's an oxymoron!...fun and suburbs. You really don't give enough info to answer the question. What's your price range? What's important to you? Are schools important now or will they be important in the near future? Do you want a neighborhood that you can become involved in? What's your lifestyle? How far do you want do commute to work? All that being said if you want to stay close to Philly and live in a great neighborhood I would suggest Mt Airy (great article in Wikipedia) , parts of Roxborough, Chestnut Hill and Wissahickon. These are all Phila. neighborhoods no more than 15-20 minutes from Center City. If you want somewhere more suburban I suggest Abington, Jenkintown, Bryn Mawr, Merion. But of course all of the above depends on your answers.

Hi Nicole,
I've sold a number of homes in University City and I agree with the Somers - you should drive around that area during the weekend and evenings. If you're not already working with a realtor - my business partner has done alot of relocations and can give you a tour of that neighborhood and the rest of University City.
Please don't hesitate to call me on my cell or e-mail me any questions you may have.

Hi Ann,
You can look in the West Philly area or in Center City close to the Walnut St. bridge. I would say Grad. Hospital too but the South Street bridge is going to be closed soon for renovations.
If you tell me how much you'd want to spend I can send you some properties.
Please don't hesitate to e-mail me or call me on my cell.
Thanks
