9. No Judgements or Liens
10.Foreclosure Greater Than 5 Years
11.Bankruptcy Must Be Greater Than 7 Years.
12.Requires Only 5% Minimum Down Payment (May Vary)
13.In House Underwriting (usually done in less than 5 days)
