Very family oriented and you can see the parents are attrnding every functions with their childeren. Also different ethnicities has brought different flavour to the town. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
It is a city with two sides. one is the eastside which the homes are more sixties and few track homes with larger lot size and more properies for the money. Westside is more victorian and vintages older homes and higher in prices and because of age factor and the look of the old town there are more buyers in that side. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
It is a pretty safe place and I can not say that there is none but it is definitely less than most places in USA. It is safe to walk around at any time ans the whole city is pretty much the same. There are lower price neighborhoods but not necessarily bad ones. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
We have an outlet with lots of shops and there are shopping centers within 10-15 miles north and south of town. Lots of farms around that you can purchase directly from them. We have different parades and cultural Sunday markets according to the season. Our famous butter and egg day parade brings people from all over bay area and the restaurants are fantastic. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
