"In August 2007, I was referred to David through another Exit Realtor in Bloomington, IL. I was relocating to the Peoria area and needed a realtor over here. I met and worked with David for about 4 months, until my closing on December 7th, 2007. During that time he was so professional! As compared with other realtors I had worked with, he always answered any questions I had, no matter how off the wall they may have seemed. He went out of his way to accomodate my crazy work schedule. David saw me through the ups and downs of looking for a new home in an area I wasn't all that familiar with. ""Where do I begin? I had been looking for a new home for almost 2 years. Then one day I had left my home to run an errand and forgot something. I turned down this street to turn around and there it was!! My new home, I knew right then and there this was the one. I went to the Open House that Sunday and I was correct, this was it. David was very attentive to all of us at the Open House; the questions that he didn't know the answers to, he made sure to get the answers for me. I did end up buying the house. Now I had to sell mine, but I didn't have a realtor and David said that he would be happy to sell it for me. David worked so hard and came up with some really neat ideas to bring prospective buyers to the Open Houses. The housing market had not been the best, very slow. I have never met a person so determined to sell anything, let alone a house when the market is slow. David kept telling me that this was going the be the week that a buyer would come through at the Open House. I had heard this for several weeks and was getting a little leery. I will admit that it did cross my mind to get a different realtor, but something told me to just hang in there. I am so happy that I did stick it out with him. I would highly recommend David Castle to anyone for selling their home! He is a go-getter and one to think outside of the box for something different. Like they say, if you keep getting the same results from doing the same thing, then you have to think outside of that box to get the job done. David, job well done! Thank you so much.""
