What is the neighborhood known as "Pelham Heights" in Westchester County, NY?

Here’s the short scoop on Pelham Heights: "TheHeights" has become most desirable because of the short walking distance to the Pelham Train Station, Colonial School (grades K-5), and the proximity to Village shopping and the downtown.

Geographically, "The Heights" sits between the Metro North Railroad and Colonial Avenue. To the South is the Village Of Pelham Manor and The Village of Pelham to the North.

Currently there are only 13 active listings for sale in the heights, ranging from $559,000 to $2,888,000, 7 homes are currently under contract of sale, and the average selling price this year in "The Heights" is just below $1,100,000. “The Heights” consists of a lower and upper portion, both highly desirable.
