One way would be to find a Realtor in the area you are interested in to assist you. Another way would be the internet-there are quite a few sites to use-just type "apartments or homes for rent". Last but not least is to use the local newspapers (many are on line now). Many rental owners do not wish to pay a commission and quite mistakenly think they can control the situation better so they post the ads themselves.
