New major mall coming in with Macy's, Dillards, Sears,and Penneys, also new Bass Pro Shop coming in by summer 2007. Many retail stores, fast food, and plenty of big box stores for shopping in Pearland. Pearland is fasting growing city in Houston metro area. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
