In today’s market to sell a home in 2 1/2 weeks, not a mansion, but a nice small ranch, and close the entire deal in 2 months time and the closing only took 20 minutes the first time thru and all done, well I would say that tells it all except -oh yeah-we got our price too!!! "March 5, 2009 Christopher Cox from century 21 first became my real estate agent in October 2008. We had heard very good things about him from a woman that he was working with in the area. My girlfriend and I were looking to buy a property in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area. We were first time homebuyers and had no clue about the process of finding a home. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us with every step. We looked at many houses in the area and just weren't finding what we were looking for. We began to get frustrated and were wondering if we would ever find the right home. Chris helped us to not give up, and reassured us that were would find something, he was sure of it. Sure enough chris sent us a email a few days later showing us a house he thought were be a good fit for us. Chris was exactly right and we loved the place. It was slightly out of our price range but tried for it anyways. Unfortunately it sold for asking price and we didn't get it. Chris never let us get too down about it and made sure that we knew that he would find us something else. We did, and we love it. We just bought and moved into the house and we couldn't be happier. Chris was very helpful throughout the buying process, and I always knew that he had our best interest in mind. I definitely would advise anyone that asked me about Chris to have him as your agent. He is caring, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Years down the road when we sell this house and hopefully upgrade Chris will be my real estate agent. Sincerely Brett Denault"
