Sorry to hear about your situation, unfortunately it happens all of the time. I think having representation in such a huge transaction is something that can't be stressed enough. And then to be able to get representation with little if no cost seems like a no brainer. So many people who are buyers don't understand the process of the Real Estate Industry. If anyone reading this is looking to buy, PLEASE talk to a Realtor and find someone you are comfortable with to represent you. It has been my experience that dealing with bank owned properties is a very tedious process. Especially if the property has not been listed with a Realtor. Tons of phone tag and frustration. Good luck - Sat Sep 6 2008, 20:04

Last year we raised $31, 526 for Nationwide Children's Hospital for juvenile diabetes. We are having another fundraiser this year. The fundraiser is tied in with the PBA tour coming to Columbus Ohio. March 2, 2009 will be the date of the second annual Carnibowl event at Sequoia Pro Bowl. Before getting into real estate I was a professional bowler. I bowled on the PBA Tour for 8 years. I have absolutely loved my move into real estate. It is such a good feeling helping people with such a big purchase or sale. It is great to help a first time home buyer or a family looking for their dream home.
